Bicepsový zdvih v sedě
Použití jednoruček:
- Opěrku lavičky si upravte tak, aby její sklon byl od 90° do 45° (čím větší sklon opěrky, tím bude cvik těžším)
- Posaďte se na lavičku, záda opřete celou plochou o pěrku, nohy máte pevně na zemi
- Činky uchopte podhmatem, dlaně směřují dopředu
- Ruce máte kolmo k podlaze, nadloktí takto zůstává po celou dobu pohybu
- Začněte činky zdvihat obloukovitě před sebe pouze pohybem v loktech
- Pohyb končí, jakmile se činky téměř dotýkají hrudi
- Stejným způsobem činky spouštíte do výchozí polohy
- můžete jet i střídavým pohybem, tedy nejdříve jednou rukou a po dokončení jednoho opakování ruce vystřídat
